Over the past decades, interventional oncology (IO) has established itself as the fourth pillar of cancer care next to surgical, medical, and radiation oncology. Since 2008, CIRSE has been hosting the European Conference on Interventional Oncology (ECIO) as the prime multidisciplinary platform for knowledge exchange in the field, bringing together a growing community of experts on minimally invasive cancer care.<\/p>\n

In order to strengthen multidisciplinary cooperation within the MDT, ECIO\u2019s Collaborating Against Cancer Initiative allows congress delegates to bring their non-radiologist colleagues at no extra charge, a truly unique initiative which has been taken up by many teams over the years.<\/p>\n

Join more than 1,400 delegates from around the world for a multidisciplinary programme covering all aspects of IO through the lens of MDT cooperation!<\/p>\n

ECIO 2026 will take place in Basel, Switzerland, from April 26-30. We hope to see you there!<\/p>\n
