Building on the success of our previous joint symposia, which drew over 2,750 registrations from more than 80 countries, we are excited to continue our joint series journey with Dr. Tabar.
This title of the session is “How I Do It: Detecting and Diagnosing the Most Common Breast Cancer Subtype in Mammography.” Here Dr. Tabar will highlight the fundamentals of reading mammogramms.
This course will be excellent for both beginners in the field, but also for experts to fine their skills.

This workshop offers a comprehensive exploration of advanced abdominal MR imaging, focusing on both the technical and clinical aspects essential for high-quality imaging and accurate disease assessment. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of the technical requirements for abdominal MRI at both 1.5T and 3.0T, including state-of-the-art sequences and AI-enabled image acquisition. On the clinical side, the workshop will guide participants through the MRI evaluation of focal and diffuse liver diseases, biliary pathologies, and pancreatic lesions, with an emphasis on distinguishing between cystic and solid masses.

20 different workshops covering the medical imaging approach to the diagnosis of the diseases of the chest, heart and vascular system. The instruction is in groups of 40-50 participants. Participants get a brief introduction and study case material prepared by the instructors.  Finally, the instructors guide through the cases, discuss different diagnoses, and ask pertinent questions to the participants.
Highlight and Special lectures, as well as the Film Reading Panel quiz complete the program.
The course can be attended either onsite or online.

The Swiss Meeting for Medical Imaging Specialists

SCR is the biggest radiological scientific & educational meeting in Switzerland. It is organised by the Swiss Society of Radiology (SGR-SSR), the Swiss Society of Nuclear Medicine (SGNM-SSMN) and the Swiss Association of Radiographers (SVMTR-ASTRM). SCR consists of refresher courses, plenary sessions with lectures by national and international speakers, scientific sessions, a poster and industry exhibition.
